<p>The extraordinary performances of Olympic athletes gives us a great feeling to see how much the body can take and what can be achieved with perseverence, great training and the best support available.</p>
<p>What can we learn from these athletes? What were some of the things went on in their minds all the time?</p>
<p>1. POWER IMAGERY:<br />
Use positive mental images throughout your day to create feelings of confidence and power. For example, if you&#8217;re presenting your business or products and run into a difficult customer, visualize yourself having all the resources you need to get the results you want.</p>
<p>2. POSITIVE ATTITUDE:<br />
Use everything in your day to your advantage. For example, if you are rejected by a client or lose a sale, ask yourself, what can I learn from this? What is working? How can I use this to move forward with my next client?</p>
<p>3. MINDFULNESS:<br />
Practice being in the present moment. Remind yourself to stay in the here and now. Let past and future events fade into the background.</p>
<p>4. SHORT-TERM GOALS:<br />
Focus on your immediate target. Break your goals down into small, manageable pieces and begin to focus only on the first portion, not the entire goal. For example, say to yourself: &#8220;I&#8217;m just relaxing and getting into my rhythm during the presentation&#8221;.</p>
<p>5. ASSOCIATION:<br />
Pay close attention to your body tension level. Do a body scan and relax your tight muscles frequently. Ask yourself: &#8220;Are my shoulders and neck relaxed; how does this work pace feel; how is my energy level? What do I need right now to perform better?&#8221;</p>
<p>6. MANAGE ANXIETY:<br />
Realize that nervousness is your friend.  When you are about to begin a client meeting, just accept the fact that you&#8217;re going to be nervous. This is a normal reaction before any important event. You can make this feeling your ally rather than fighting with it. In fact, nervousness is<br />
a good sign that you&#8217;re excited and ready to roll. Once the meeting begins, and you get underway, the nervousness will subside. You can just relax and enjoy the ride.</p>
<p>7. PROCESS NOT OUTCOME:<br />
Learn to relax and focus, be fully present with what you&#8217;re doing. Look at what you need to do right now (e.g., breathing, relaxing, concentrating); the final outcome will take care of itself.</p>
<p>8. FOCUSED ATTENTION:<br />
Be aware of distractions. Tune into what is critical to your performance and tune out what is not. Breathe out unwanted thoughts with your next exhale and re-focus your attention on what is important.</p>
<p>9. AFFIRMATIONS:<br />
Make positive self-statements continually. Negative thinking is common; everyone has an inner critic. Become aware of these thoughts and then substitute a positive affirmation. For example, when you&#8217;re thinking: &#8220;I can&#8217;t do this&#8221;; you can say to yourself: &#8220;I believe in myself; I radiate an inner confidence&#8221;.</p>
<p>10. ENJOYMENT:<br />
Celebrate your strengths When you give a presentation, let your mind and body do what you&#8217;ve trained them to do.  Remember that your goals are realistic. All you need to do is perform up to your capabilities.</p>

<p>When Mike Dillard and I first released Black Belt Recruiting, the number of orders we received in the first 30 minutes alone confirmed what we already suspected - most networker marketers are not being taught HOW&#8217; to recruit the right kind of people into their network marketing business.</p>
<p>At first I chalked this up to the inexperience of many uplines who themselves have never created much success.  But it goes deeper than that.  Even experienced uplines who are pulling in big checks don&#8217;t seem to be teaching it.  I can only guess why.    </p>
<p>Is it any wonder that so many people in this industry are struggling to reach a thousand dollars a month in their business, let alone achieving breakaway success of five to ten thousand a month or more?</p>
<p>There&#8217;s no shortage of &#8220;training&#8221; in this industry, but most of it focuses on SELLING and CONVINCING - something completely contrary to what I teach in Black Belt Recruiting and what Mike Dillard teaches in Magnetic Sponsoring.</p>
<p>If you&#8217;ve always felt like something&#8217;s been holding you back,take a deep breath and relax because we&#8217;re about to break free of the confusion.</p>
<p>You see, given today&#8217;s economy, it has never been easier to become a blackbelt recruiter. Why?  Because so many sharp people are actively looking for a &#8220;plan b.&#8221;  You don&#8217;t have to be a great speaker, a big-time network marketer or possess a dynamic personality.</p>
<p>You don&#8217;t even need to have earned a DIME in this industry&#8230;</p>
<p>You simply have to take a different approach, and with everyone else out there in &#8220;SALES MODE,&#8221; it&#8217;s pretty easy to do that.</p>
<p>So let&#8217;s talk about it.  Let&#8217;s talk about what YOU can do to be more efficient, eliminate rejection, increase your sponsoring and OUT RECRUIT your upline.</p>
<p>One of the most powerful recruiting secrets I can share with you (and something Mike Dillard &amp; I cover thoroughly in Black Belt) is this:</p>
<p>REAL PROSPECTS need you.  They&#8217;re looking for you.  They&#8217;re looking for a leader who can help them get to where THEY want to be.</p>
<p>PLEASE:  accept this at face value because it will greatly enhance your mindset.  Once you embrace the fact that &#8220;they need you more than you need them&#8221; you become &#8220;the hunted&#8221; instead of the &#8220;hunter.&#8221;</p>
<p>Instead of coming across &#8220;desperate,&#8221; you present with a relaxed confidence that says:  &#8220;LEADER.&#8221;</p>
<p>This causes the right people to WANT to work with you.  To seek you out.</p>
<p>So be THAT LEADER.  Don&#8217;t be a follower.  Even if you&#8217;re new,you know your MLM company and product better than your prospect, so be confident and lead.</p>
<p>When you have a true prospect, communicate a genuine desire to help them become the success they seek.  Communicate your willingness to commit to them (if they&#8217;ll commit to you). To coach them (if they&#8217;re coachable).</p>
<p>This is a business about helping others.  Just make certain you value yourself (and your time) enough to qualify people</p>
<p>FIRST&#8230; before communicating your willingness to help.</p>
<p>Now, there something else you GOTTA KNOW if you&#8217;re going to become a black belt recruiter and that&#8217;s this:</p>
<p>MOST PEOPLE are not who you&#8217;re looking for.  Some of the nicest people who present themselves as &#8220;prospects&#8221; actually aren&#8217;t prospects at all.  They are only suspects.  Not prospects.</p>
<p>While they may appear to be sincere and interested, they&#8217;re really just kidding themselves.  And they&#8217;ll kid you too if you&#8217;re not careful.</p>
<p>This is one of the most important things I teach in BlackBeltRecruiting - something that you&#8217;d be wise to remember:  you&#8217;re looking for &#8220;three percenters.&#8221;</p>
<p>Which means 97% of the people you cross paths with are NOT who you&#8217;re looking for, no matter how &#8220;nice&#8221; they seem.</p>
<p>Most people do not have the drive, the persistence,the commitment level, or the focus to be an entrepreneur.</p>
<p>That is a fact.  But the good news is, it makes the once who are stand out all the more!</p>
<p>And there&#8217;s more good news&#8230; there&#8217;s lot of great prospects out there.  Sincere people who want greater time freedom.  People who realize they&#8217;re paying far to high of price for the success they now enjoy.</p>
<p>Translation?  &#8220;They&#8217;re trading their time for money.&#8221;</p>
<p>That&#8217;s right!  They may be making a great living with that JOB or traditional business that pulls in 70,80, 100 thousand a year or more, but they&#8217;re paying too high of a price for that success - and just below the surface, they know it!</p>
<p>Successful people make the best prospects.  They already know the score.  They know what it takes to be successful because they&#8217;ve created success in their lives. They also understand the importance of diversification.</p>
<p>The right prospects identify themselves by their tone of voice, by the way they keep their appointments with you.</p>
<p>By the success they&#8217;ve already achieved in their lives. They communicate it through their desire, their goals, and the way they manage their time.</p>
<p>Some you&#8217;ll identify immediately.  Others, you&#8217;ll find by the questions you ask.</p>
<p>You&#8217;re looking for HEART.  For DESIRE.  For someone who&#8217;s unwilling to accept failure as an option, and with enough insight to look down the road and realize that if they have no time for family or hobbies now, it&#8217;s not going to change unless they take steps to change it.</p>
<p>So try this:</p>
<p>Ask some questions to your &#8220;suspects&#8221; and find out who they REALLY are.</p>
<p>One of the things that impressed me about Mike Dillard when I recruited him wasn&#8217;t that he was a &#8220;waiter&#8221;, it was that he&#8217;d been a competitive cyclist.</p>
<p>There was also something in his voice.  A quiet, confident determination &#8220;to make it.&#8221;</p>
<p>You&#8217;re looking for a SPARK in your prospect.  Something that doesn&#8217;t just say:  &#8220;I want to do this&#8230;&#8221; but rather: &#8220;I&#8217;m DOING this!&#8221;</p>
<p>Find out if something is DRIVING your prospect&#8230; and if it is, what is it?  What&#8217;s on their heart.  What matters to them.  HOW MUCH does it matter?  This is important.</p>
<p>See.. if your prospect is not being DRIVEN by a strong &#8220;reason-why,&#8221; it&#8217;s unlikely they&#8217;re going persevere,and stay the course.</p>
<p>People will SAY they want &#8220;this&#8221; or they want &#8220;that&#8221;&#8230; but the question in my mind is always:  are they willing to do what it takes to get it?  Are they willing to make the sacrifices it takes to achieve it? Are they willing to &#8220;put on the blinders&#8221; and go to work?  Or&#8230; are they just giving it lip service?</p>
<p>See&#8230; it&#8217;s not about you or I telling them about our comp plans, our opportunities, or how great are company is.  The motivation has got to come from within.  Instead, it&#8217;s about THEM convincing you and I that they&#8217;re serious. That they&#8217;re committed. And that they&#8217;re coachable.</p>
<p>Instead of you selling them&#8230; they&#8217;re selling you.</p>
<p>You achieve this &#8220;switch&#8221; by being the one asking the questions.</p>
<p>See, whoever asks the questions is in control.  And whoever&#8217;s answering them is SELLING.</p>
<p>I want my prospects selling me on THEM&#8230; because that&#8217;s the only way I&#8217;m going to recruit them.</p>
<p>So&#8230; you ask the questions.  And use your tools to do the &#8220;selling&#8221; for you.  That&#8217;s what CD&#8217;s, websites with videos, and webinars are for.</p>
<p>If you&#8217;re still “finding your way,” be sure and 3-way your best prospects into your upline&#8230; the 3rd-person credibility this gives absolutely WILL increase your sponsoring success!</p>

<p>I think it comes down to this…</p>
<p>Everyone wants to know what the “best way” to build their business is.</p>
<p>There’s a natural tendency to move towards methods that are most efficient…<br />
 <br />
Methods that bring the highest reward for the least amount of effort, and most distributors are on a constant journey to find this holy grail.</p>
<p>Now as much as I’d like to declare to you today, that Magnetic Sponsoring is that best method in the world for building a home business, I cannot…</p>
<p>Why?</p>
<p>Because we’re leaving out one part of the equation… You.</p>
<p>We all come to the table with different strengths, weaknesses, and abilities, and THESE factors determine what methods will work best for you as an individual.</p>
<p>If you’re upline has been in the game for a while, and has had success using old school methods, then as far as they’re concerned, those methods are what work best.</p>
<p>Over time they’ve mastered these techniques, which they can continue to use to great effect.</p>
<p>Now if you’re new to the industry, you’re going to need to figure out which methods work best for YOU.</p>
<p>If the old-school ways don’t appeal to you, that’s fine. They didn’t appeal to me either. It doesn’t mean that my way works better than someone else’s. Both methods will require years of study and practice to master.</p>
<p>When it comes to “confronting” your upline, or ruffling feathers, don’t worry about it.</p>
<p>If you value the relationship and their friendship, just be open and honest about it.</p>
<p>Let them know that you’d prefer to approach your business using methods that are more congruent with your interests and strengths.</p>
<p>If they have a problem with it, then it’s THEIR problem, and if that’s the case, you might want to consider joining a team that uses and supports the methods you wish to pursue.</p>
<p>I’ve been in this industry for over 10 years now, and have pursued this business in every way imaginable… home/hotel meetings, cold calling business cards, dropping sizzle cards, buy leads, genealogy lists, fliers, classifieds, postcards…<br />
 <br />
You name it.</p>
<p>I’m a very logical, left-brained person, which means I constantly analyzed what was really going on as I experimented, and learned from all of my upline members.</p>
<p>Over the years, I was able to come to a conclusion about my business, and the way I wanted to build it…</p>
<p>Many people have called it visionary. A few have scoffed and mumbled nasty things under their breath.</p>
<p>My method was as follows:</p>
<p>A: The best target market for prospects consists of distributors and leaders who are already in the industry. Instead of cold calling them, a minimum of 20-30 were going to contact me daily. This was accomplished not by pitching an opportunity, but by solving their problems and addressing their needs.</p>
<p>B: I was not going to chase or convince people to join my business. I was going to attract them to me by demonstrating value and leadership through effective marketing.</p>
<p>3: I was not going to sit on the phone all day pitching my opportunity to individuals. Instead I would use effective copywriting to sell to large numbers of people via email, and the web at once.</p>
<p>C: In the course of building a downline, I would expand my business vertically, and own the tools and systems used by the rest of the company.</p>
<p>D: I wasn’t going to focus on simply building a networking opportunity, which may or may not be here in 5 years. My focus was on building “You Inc”, which is my list, and the reputation I have with my list.<br />
 <br />
My list would become a virtual distribution channel. <br />
 <br />
This would bring stability, and allow me to build another downline with the click of a mouse, should something ever happen to the primary opportunity.</p>
<p>E: 95% of prospects will say “no” to your products or business. I would find a way to make these people customers in other ways by providing solutions to their biggest problems, which would triple my income.</p>
<p>F: The long-term goal was not to build just a downline. It was to build a business that served the industry at large.</p>
<p>Now I’m not saying that my method which became known as “<a href="http://mlmtraffic.resultmakemoney.com">Magnetic Sponsoring&#8221;, </a>is “the best”, but I can tell you this…</p>
<p>Following this plan has allowed me to accomplish all of my goals, and then some…<br />
 <br />
I haven’t called a lead in two years, but I’ve built the 2nd largest downline in my company.</p>
<p>By adding value to the industry, I attract 500-700 networkers per day instead of 20-30.</p>
<p>I’ve been able to produce a multiple six-figure income from my primary opportunity, and a multiple 7-figure income by serving the 95% who said “no” to it…</p>

<p>A good way to think of leadership is the process of freeing your team members to do the best work they possibly can. I have followed NBA basketball coach Phil Jackson&#8217;s career.</p>
<p>Like Phil Jackson who moved from the record setting Chicago Bulls to the Los Angeles Lakers. Jackson says his principal task is creating an environment in which his players can flourish. In communicating with his championship teams, Jackson convinced them that they had the talent to win championships, and that the main goal of the coach was going to be freeing them to use that talent.</p>
<p>Today&#8217;s business team members, say they want, more than anything else, the autonomy to do their jobs without the boss&#8217;s interference. In the new century, it&#8217;s already clear that the CEOs of our best-run companies believe that the more power leaders have, the less they should use.</p>
<p>The job of the team leader is to set a mission, decide upon a strategic direction, achieve the necessary cooperation, delegate authority &#8212; and then let people innovate. To do that we all could take a hint from the late football coach, Paul &#8220;Bear&#8221; Bryant. Before his retirement as one of the leading coaches in college football history at Alabama, Bryant observed:</p>
<p>            I&#8217;m just a plowhand from Arkansas, but I&#8217;ve learned how to put and hold a team together. I&#8217;ve learned how to lift some individuals up and how to calm others down, until finally they&#8217;ve got one heartbeat together, as a team. To do that, there&#8217;s just three things I&#8217;d ever have to say: If anything went wrong, I did it. If it went semi-good, then we did it. If anything went real good, then you did it! That&#8217;s really all it takes to get other people to win for you.</p>
<p>The key to authentic leadership is to listen to your followers, and then open the door for them to lead themselves. The secret is empowerment. The main incentive is genuine caring and recognition.</p>
<p>The five most important words a leader can speak are: &#8220;I am proud of you.&#8221;<br />
The four most important are: &#8220;What is your opinion?&#8221;<br />
The three most important are: &#8220;If you please.&#8221;<br />

<p>I have a small nugget that I would like to share.  The top two most common objections that we all hear most of the time are &#8220;I don&#8217;t have the time,&#8221; and/or &#8220;I don&#8217;t have the money&#8221; to do Network Marketing business.<br />
 <br />
What I teach my people is that neither of those objections is true.  The prospect may THINK they are true, but it&#8217;s not what they really mean.  The ONLY thing that they can truly mean by these objections is that they &#8220;don&#8217;t think they can be successful at the home based business.&#8221;  Why would they spend the money and time if they could not be successful?   It comes from a lack of confidence or faith in themselves or Network Marketing and they DON&#8217;T SEE how they can be successful.  Your job is thus to help them see it is a viable business clearly.<br />
 <br />
Think about it: if someone truly knew they could have more time freedom to do what they wanted, and make the money they would like from the network marketing business why wouldn&#8217;t they do it? </p>
<p>There may be other reasons they don&#8217;t want to do Network Marketing but it is seldom truly the time or the money issue. If they could make extra real money and also impact life-altering on people through a health and wellness business, which is what they say they want, then they would absolutely spend the time and energy to develop the skills to learn and do this business, won&#8217;t they. <br />
 <br />
This can be verified by asking your prospect a simple question:</p>
<p>&#8220;If you knew that you could make even $200 to $400 per week (and more) with your network marketing business, would you spend 10 hours per week learning the skills to contact and present the business or products to others?&#8221;  If the answer is yes, then you have your answer: they do have the time, or would make the time commitment, and would spend the money to start this business</p>
<p>So what is the problem of indecision?  I think if they could only believe in themselves they could learn to do the business with confidence and believe in the products of the network company, they are willing to give it a try.<br />
 <br />
So, my advice is to address the TRUE OBJECTION: take the time to evaluate whether they can believe in themselves that this is not magic, but success comes by following a formula and developing proper skills.   You help them see that they will have the support and training till they are confident to do it on their own. This is truly the path we take when we sign on new associates that help them to be successful. However, it is up to them to develop the skills and get out of their comfort zones to practice what we coach.</p>
<p>Thus it is absolutely important to address the real issue of whether they CAN DO THIS, don&#8217;t waste time going over and over the &#8220;no time and money&#8221; issue, and certainly don&#8217;t try to solve their time and money issues. Work on their beliefs especially the belief in themselves, in you (as their sponsor), and in the network marketing company.</p>
<p>Then you can let them decide to join, and commit based upon what is real, not avoid joining based upon what they think are the real problems.<br />
 <br />
This requires you developing the skills to listen, understanding, and coach.  That is why you are a &#8220;sponsor,&#8221; not a &#8220;recruiter.&#8221;   Sponsors take the responsibility of training and coaching whilst the recruiters sign people up and leave people to themselves.<br />
 <br />
I hope this helps those who may constantly struggle with &#8220;everyone&#8221; telling them they don&#8217;t have the time or money to do network marketing and realize that YOU have the solution for their problems with the network marketing opportunity; they just need the belief!</p>

<p>Often, this is because they were sold a pack of lies by some company that reeled them in on false hopes and promises. Some simply joined because they were sold on the idea that they could quit their job and work from home if they just buy a distributorship and call some leads.</p>
<p>It’s a classic scam: you’re told a lot of promises in the beginning about what a great opportunity it is, how you don’t need any experience to begin with, and with hard work for the first few years you will create a good income stream. However, once inside, you will face many challenges and realise that there is no truth in it.</p>
<p>Mind you, this business is fun and simple if you let it be, but it will take tenacity, dedication, and professionalism to earn six figures incomes.<br />
 <br />
Did you know that 95% of people who get into network marketing have no prior sales experience?<br />
 <br />
The majority of people who join this industry do so without the intention of becoming a “professional network marketer”. Yet that is exactly what is asked of you if you wish to make a full-time/six-figure income.<br />
 <br />
This leads to serious difficulties as network marketing does involve selling and marketing, regardless of what some MLM distributors may have said to you to get you to sign up.<br />
 <br />
This is one of the biggest mistakes that people make in network marketing. They think the product will “sell itself” while they just share the company and product information. Yes, MLM is indeed a simple business, but it does take tenacity and professionalism to make a 6 figure income.</p>
<p>Your Business Has Nothing To Do With Your Company.</p>
<p>Your Job in a Home Business is MARKETING and TRAINING your team to DUPLICATE.</p>
<p>He who markets and promotes best, wins….</p>
<p>Success has got nothing to do with the best company, best product and the best compensation plan.<br />
 <br />
Another common mistake is to think you will be able to sell to your friends and family. Many networking marketing or MLM programs encourage you to share these great opportunities with your friends and family first, when in reality, your friends and family may not even want or like the product.</p>
<p>If you do make sales, it may be from people that feel obligated or are just giving it a try to get you off their backs. Don’t depend on your family and friends to make you rich from a MLM. Even if they are kind enough to buy from you, chances are you won’t become a millionaire this way.   </p>
<p>You see, this is an industry of marketing and promotion pursued by people who have no idea how to market or promote.</p>
<p>The fact is true MLM success comes from training, experience, expertise and even practice. Can you make a good living from it? Sure you can. Can you be highly rich and successful? In time, yes you can. But don’t expect it to be an overnight miracle success. And don’t think that you can achieve this without hard work. If network marketing is so simple that anyone could do it and products sold themselves, wouldn’t we all be millionaires?</p>
<p>As I mentioned earlier on, your business is marketing. This is why you must align yourself with a group of marketers that is really going to show you the common denominators of their success and leverage on their experiences. This will eliminate 90% of the learning curve that typically causes most people to fail and give up on their initial dreams.<br />
 <br />
I just want you to understand that if you’re not creating a constant flow of leads day in and day out or if you’re not putting your business in front of 5 to 10 people a day, your dream will remain just a dream.</p>
<p>What about all the success stories you hear in your company? One way or another, they found a way to be in front of lots of prospects EVERY day passively. How? They either leveraged their systems or other people on their teams.</p>
<p>Simply put, traditional marketing is an ineffective “shotgun” strategy because a scatter shot won’t get you very far. Also it has become more expensive. The public is bombarded with commercial ads, and to make matters worse, today’s technology has enabled people to put up a “firewall” around their lives.<br />
 <br />
Despite that, I am not against traditional forms of network marketing. They have their place. In fact, word of mouth has the best conversion rate. Nevertheless, you are pretty blind as to whom you are addressing with traditional marketing. You have no idea of their interests, their tendencies, and more importantly, if they are at all likely to be interested in what you have to offer. You can’t sell steak to a vegetarian!<br />
 <br />
You probably already know these basics. Get to know your pros$pects by building a relationship with them. However, this is one skill newcomers find hard to grasp, and that makes them reluctant to go out to talk with people.</p>
<p>But, there is a solution which is still not known to most business owners.</p>
<p>What Does Online Marketing Mean To You?</p>
<p>Bottom line: with today’s advancements in technology, if you own a home business and you are NOT marketing online, you won’t be in a business for much longer.</p>
<p>Online marketing gives your marketing sniper-like accuracy. With online marketing, you aren’t interested in marketing to everybody. You are only interested in those who have an interest in what you have to offer and you will only market (spend money) on those who have an interest in your product.</p>
<p>How do you get into online marketing?</p>
<p>The quickest way is to use Google to identify people who are interested in your product, because over 90% of internet users are using Google for searching and this number is growing at a dramatically each year. Google can also tell you what a particular group of people is interested in. This is the key!<br />
 <br />
In short, building a business online is so much more effective. You can be in front of thousands of people in a short period of time. That means your customer list keeps growing, every minute without you. Admittedly, it will take a great deal of time and effort to create your capture page, sales letters, and follow-up emails. But you only do this once.</p>
<p>Now that’s leverage. </p>
<p>Are you envious of all those people who make a living using the internet? Don’t be. You can replicate their success if you are willing to give it a go. Building an online business is not rocket science, although it has a bit of art and science to it.  </p>
<p>You have to look at marketing as a funnel. You start with a wide top that captures people who are interested in the product you have to offer, and you qualify those people more and more at each level down the funnel.<br />
 <br />
As you proceed with your marketing, your prospects proceed further and further down that funnel, qualifying themselves more and more.</p>
<p>Ultimately, you end up with only the hardcore who are attracted to join your business and who cannot wait to purchase your product.</p>
<p>And all of this can be done automatically and cheaply once you set up your attraction marketing system.</p>
<p>If you do this correctly, your marketing costs will be self-funded. Your potential customers will not cover your marketing costs, whether they buy your product or not.<br />

<p>Now I’d like to share with you the secret of how to attract customers. It’s called ‘Magnetic Sponsoring&#8221; based on the &#8216;Social Dynamics’.</p>
<p>People are unconsciously attracted to those individuals who convey leadership qualities. This biological instinct evolved many thousands of years ago as a survival mechanism. We all want to be associated with leaders, for through that association we gain power and increase our chances of survival.</p>
<p>By developing our own leadership qualities, we can use this principle to attract customers.</p>
<p>Leadership is not something bestowed upon you by others. It is based on attitudes and beliefs you develop and cultivate for yourself. No one else can do this work for you. Only you can do it, and I will show you how.</p>

<p>1. Self belief – all leaders believe in themselves. You can start to develop and strengthen this quality in yourself. Self belief is associated with certain actions and behaviours. <p>As you develop those leadership qualities, they will become the foundation of your business success. It will become less necessary for you to seek out customers. They will increasingly seek you out.</p>
<p>Sharing leadership qualities will be the foundation on which you will develop the other skills you will need: marketing ability.</p>
